Mary Eve Thorson Museum for Teachers

The MARY EVE THORSON MUSEUM FOR TEACHERS, is the 1st museum in the city of Chicago and state of Illinois dedicated to the teaching profession. We are honored to have the following exhibits on display at St. Rita of Cascia Parish from February 18, 2019 to March 2, 2019. The museum will be open Monday through Friday from 5 to 8 pm, Saturday from 12 Noon to 5 pm, and Sunday from 9 am to 3 pm in St. Augustine Hall, located in the basement of the school. Entrance through parking lot door.

For any academic institution or organization wishing to visit the museum during school hours, please contact St. Rita at 773-434-9600 to schedule an appointment. Let’s celebrate why teachers will ALWAYS be important to children, teens, and adults. Admission is FREE along with Refreshments!
