A program of weekly sessions where the Holy Spirit, the Breath of Life, renews and heals. Week by week, we share our emotional struggles, recognizing that we all need healing to flow in life. Through conscious breathing exercises, deep relaxation, contemplation, and prayer, we open our hearts so that God may bring peace and fulfillment.
Note: These sessions do not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment and are not recommended for those suffering from an active psychiatric condition that requires specialized care.
